New York Board of Fire Underwriters / New York Fire Patrol Assessments

Historically, excess line brokers received assessment notices from the NY Board of Fire Underwriters to fund the costs of operating the New York City Fire Patrol.  By insurance company vote on January 31, 2006, the Fire Patrol was discontinued.  It officially closed its doors October 15, 2006. As a result, no further assessments will be sought.
