NY E&S Insurers

Coverage Codes

Every Part A, Excess line broker affidavit, must identify the specific type of coverage being placed. This section identifies the types of coverage and the related coverage codes.


The following selected statutes are published in their entirety. These are the statutes which most often relate to excess line issues. This section also contains Regulation 41 consolidated with Amendments & Regulation 134 regarding purchasing groups business.
