Blue Ocean Brain - A DE&I Resource
ELANY is teaming up with the WSIA Diversity Foundation to provide FREE diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) resources to ELANY active members who are not WSIA members.
Through WSIA and its partner, Blue Ocean Brain, ELANY active members will be provided with customized microlearning content each month to help enhance their DE&I culture with actionable tools to implement and share. This resource will help brokerages and individuals elevate and develop their thinking on a variety of DE&I-related topics. In addition to platform access, brokers will receive weekly emails from Blue Ocean Brain with:
- Actionable DE&I tips, approaches and food for thought;
- Links to additional resources including videos, conversation guides, interactive games, and thought-provoking articles;
- Access to the tool and content through desktops and mobile devices.
The resource will be provided by Blue Ocean Brain, a microlearning company, and ELANY will cover the cost for ELANY active members who are not WSIA members (WSIA members should contact WSIA directly to inquire about their free WSIA member offer).
